Terms & Conditions

A session is confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable).

Payments can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo, & Square.

Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

Booking & Payment

I stand by the quality of my work, but if you're not satisfied, I offer two options:

Full Refund: If you’re unhappy with your images, I’ll provide a full refund, and you can keep any images already delivered.

Reshoot: If you prefer, we can schedule a reshoot at no extra cost.

Refunds or reshoots do not apply to:

No-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Client dissatisfaction due to factors beyond my control (e.g., clothing, hair, or makeup choices).

Refund & Reshoot Policy

As the photographer, Purple Moss Photography, Inc. retains the copyright to all images. This means I own the original work, but you receive licensed rights to use your images as detailed below.

You are granted a personal and business use license, allowing you to use your images for:

Social media

Websites

Business promotions

Marketing materials

🔹 What’s NOT allowed without special permission and fees:

Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the images for third-party commercial gain.

Using the images on merchandise for mass sale (e.g., T-shirts, posters, mugs, etc.). If you intend to use your image in this way, a special licensing agreement and royalty fee will apply.

Altering or editing the images in a way that misrepresents my work or defames my brand.

🔹 Example of Commercial Usage that Requires Permission:
If you want to put your image on a T-shirt and sell it to the public, you’ll need to negotiate a commercial usage license and pay a royalty fee. 

Copyright & Image Usage

Basic retouching (lighting, color correction, minor blemish removal) is included.

Additional edits (such as extensive retouching, body modifications, or special requests) may be subject to an extra fee.

Editing & Retouching

Purple Moss Photography, Inc. is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, or equipment failure). In such cases, we will reschedule.

You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for your session.

Liability & Responsibility
