Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Purple Moss Photography, Inc.! By booking a session with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Payment
A session is confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (if applicable).
Payments can be made via credit card, Venmo, or check.
Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Refund & Reshoot Policy
I stand by the quality of my work, but if you're not satisfied, I offer two options:
Full Refund: If you’re unhappy with your session, you may request a full refund before your final images are delivered.
Reshoot: If you prefer, we can schedule a reshoot at no extra cost.
Refunds or reshoots do not apply to:
No-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Client dissatisfaction due to factors beyond my control (e.g., clothing, hair, or makeup choices).
Membership packages (Quarterly, Monthly and Inner Circle) follow their own refund and scheduling terms. Please read the Package Agreement.
Copyright & Image Usage
You receive full commercial usage rights to all final images and video from your session. That means you can use them anywhere you market your business, including:
Social media
Websites
Advertising and business promotions
Print and marketing materials
Purple Moss Photography, Inc. retains the copyright and the right to use all images and video for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media.
What’s not allowed:
Reselling or licensing the images themselves to someone else (for example, as stock photos).
Altering or editing the images in a way that misrepresents my work or defames my brand.
Editing & Retouching
Basic retouching (lighting, color correction, minor blemish removal) is included.
Additional edits (such as extensive retouching, body modifications, or special requests) may be subject to an extra fee.
Liability & Responsibility
Purple Moss Photography, Inc. is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, or equipment failure). In such cases, we will reschedule.
You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for your session.
Agreement
