Have a friend or business partner you’ve been dying to get marketing with?  Now’s your chance for a great deal. 

All of our bookings are pre-pay.  This ensures we reserve your day for you and no other.  If you cancel your shoot, we are likely not able to fill your time slot to make up the difference.  Full refunds are given if cancelations are done at least one week in advance.  Cancelations within one week are refunded at 1/2 the cost of the shoot.  Refunds are not given for “no-shows.”

You may re-schedule your shoot one time.  Please notify us as soon as possible and at the very latest 24 hours in advance if you’re not able to make it.  

To maintain the integrity of our product and pay our photographers & editors what their talent has produced, we do not release images that are un-edited.  We do copyright release your purchased images so that you can use them to print, send, and use for your marketing.  However, we still hold the copyright since we are the creators.  Copyright law says you don’t ever fully release the copyright, only the ability for others to use it.

I, Carrie (the owner), personally guarantee that you will have a wonderful experience before, during and after your shoot.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know what we can do to make it better.  If we are unable to come to an agreement, refunds are certainly given.  We don’t want to take your money if you’re not totally happy.   *Please note that images obtained before refunds are given are not released for use and you will be in violation of a copyright law. (Sorry I have to say this as sucky as it sounds).  We do not give full refunds for video shoots and shoots over $500 due to the level of cost it costs us to do the shoot for you.  We will do everything in our power to make you happy before you ever feel like you need to ask for your money back.  We’ve got you and we aim to please!
